Took him a long time though and saying "forget about it", well if you're really trying to have an impact the hard part is avoiding making the same mistakes over and over. Forget about it is what a liar says to everyone else. No, either you learn from them or we keep pointing them out, because they will harm others and also yourself. And don't get back to blaming the system or war or whatever again, all it takes is honesty, because excuses only hide the real problems from you that you could to work on.

When I played as a GK, my keeper trainer (ex military) was the beeest, If I didn't get up and set within half a second of hitting the ground I had to do 10 pushups. if I conceded a goal, even one I wasn't going to get, I had to do 10 pushups, If I was out of position I had to do 10 pushups, basically, if I did anything wrong at all, no matter how small, I had pushups coming my way. And it really showed in games, Ive had many times where I had been pummeled by shots at goal but was still able to keep going because of the training I had

That last one hits home a bit for me, I was a goalkeeper throughout highschool but I lost interest over time and stopped near the end of highschool, My team's defense didn't really work, at all, and when I would concede a goal and then try and tell them this was the reason we conceded they keep saying "don't make excuses", which pushed me to train too hard, which I think might be partly why my body is currently in quite a bad state medically, and Ive lost a lot confidence in myself to the point where I don't really exercise at all anymore.

to be honest the defenders also screw him up a lot. Multiple times there were no one zoning the strikers, doing some weird shit like that guy tried to pick up the ball and also blocking XqC view. The other team striker were actually decent too.

Too timid. As a goalkeeper, it's better to be too aggressive and occasionally get beat, than to sit back in the box and give your opponent good looks at goal all day.
